The cast iron griddle is a griddle for perfectly cooking a multitude of ingredients such as meat, fish, seafood and vegetables. Thanks to its reversible face, its corrugated part allows to separate the meat from the fats and its flat part is ideal for fish and shellfish.
It is made of cast iron with a higher thickness that allows it to maintain heat for a longer time than other plates, its handles have a diffuser design that prevents burns. Its round shape is ideal for use in our gas burners (round), due to this, it is an excellent barbecue griddle, whether on our burner or wood/coal.
In its cast iron version, it requires maintenance after each use, after cleaning with soap and water, a layer of vegetable oil should be applied to its surface to prevent oxidation.
In its enameled iron version, the enamel prevents oxidation and, therefore, after cleaning with soap and water, it does not require maintenance.
