The clay pot is made with top quality refractory clay. This class of pans is used to cook rice and fish. Among its numerous uses, we highlight baked rice, cod with pil pil, Biscayan style, mushrooms, tripe, garlic prawns, etc.
Its elaboration is 100% handmade, using top quality raw materials and lead-free enamels. The firing of all the pieces is carried out at very high temperatures (+1000ºC), in a closed oven and with a firing time of 12 hours and 24 hours of cooling, to grant the highest safety and quality.
They can be used in wood ovens, electric ovens, fires, barbecues, ceramic hobs, gas stoves, microwaves and induction (diffuser is necessary). It is recommended that they be cooked over low heat, otherwise they may break in half.
Thanks to its handmade manufacturing process, each piece is unique, so there are small variations in its finishes. However, none of these variations alters the overall quality or final cooking performance of the product.
