A pot made of top quality refractory clay. This pot is often used for cooking rice and fish dishes.
Available in different diameters. It is used to cook numerous dishes including baked rice, salt cod in pil pil sauce, cod with ham, peppers and chillies, mushrooms, garlic prawns, etc.
It is 100 per 100 artisan made using top quality raw materials and lead free enamels. All pieces are fired at very high temperatures (+ 1000°C), in a closed oven for 12 hours, and then cooled for 24 hours to provide greater safety and quality.
They can be used in wood-burning ovens, electric ovens, an open fire, pit barbecues, on vitro ceramic, gas cookers, microwave and induction (needs a diffusor). It is advisable to cook on a low heat or they might crack in half.
Thanks to its artisan manufacturing process, each piece is unique, which is why there are small variations in the finish. Nevertheless, none of these variations alters the overall quality or final performance when it comes to cooking.
