The Paella Magic Store® is the perfect solution to the problem of lack of space in our kitchens or storage areas for all our paellas. Its compact size hides an extendable arm on which we can hang our paellas, minimizing the space used for storing them. These can be folded back against the wall once not in use.

How to use the extendable paella rack

Using the Paella Magic Store© is simple and intuitive, although for those already accustomed to hanging paellas in their kitchens, it may seem somewhat unusual, as we should hang them from the largest to the smallest, not the other way around.

The reason for this change in order is because the rack stores the paellas concentrically, meaning the space required or occupied by our paellas once folded back is that of the largest paella, as the rest of the paellas, of equal or smaller size, fit inside it.

Therefore, the maximum space occupied by the rack would be the depth of the largest paella we hang with it, plus the thickness of the rack, ensuring that the space taken up by our 8 paellas is equivalent to that of just one paella.

How to install the foldable paella rack

The rack consists of a fixed part, which we will hang on the wall, and a movable part where we hang the paellas. The attachment of the foldable paella rack will be done on the fixed part, using 4-6 6mm wall plugs (the number may vary depending on the weight it is expected to support).

As shown in our blog post, installation is simple, as the rack comes with its holes pre-marked. We just need to decide on the wall where we will hang the extendable rack and install it with the plugs.

Please note that the retaining rings can be manipulated. If we have fewer paella pans than the 8 rings, we can remove or move them to adapt them to the quantity and size of paellas we want to store.

Here we present some important details to keep in mind in order to use the Paella Magic Store successfully.

Compatibility with Paella Pan Types:

Paella Magic Store has been tested with paella pans from the world’s leading manufacturers such as Garcima, Vaello, Paelleras El CID, etc., covering virtually all traditional paella types (polished steel, enamelled steel, extra-thick, etc.).

However, there are pans with unique design features that lack the usual handle sizes and diameters, such as stainless steel induction paella pans. This type of pan can also be used, as long as it is not combined with traditional paella pans, since their different handle dimensions are not compatible with 100% effective folding in the Paella Magic Store.

Compatibility with Paella Pan Sizes:

Paella Magic Store has been designed for users who own several paella pans of different sizes. Therefore, folding will not be 100% effective when hanging two pans of the same or very similar size. We recommend using it with pans that differ by at least 5 cm in diameter. This happens because when stacking two pans of nearly identical size, there is not enough distance between hooks, which prevents proper hooking. Alternatively, you may slightly adjust the curvature of one of the hooks to allow the handle to pass through.
