More information about Giant Paella Pans / Big events paella
Created by hand by masters of steel with more than 100 years of experience manufacturing giant paellas, as they are made of stainless steel of the best quality, they do not require maintenance and only require cleaning with soap and water after use.
We indicate two giant paella pan variarities depending on what one wants to do with them. The low giant paella pan is the most suitable for making traditional giant paella pans thanks to its structure, which is more common in smaller paella pans. Meanwhile, the tall giant paella pan, due to a higher bottom that allows you to introduce a greater amount of liquids or ingredients, is more suitable for the preparation of stews such as migas, gazpacho, oxtail, etc...
On our website you will find a small sample of measurements, however, we have patterns for more than 100 different sizes that we have already manufactured for other clients, and if none of them fit your needs, we can manufacture it for you. Large companies in the community sector trust our products to be able to offer thousands of portions in the smallest space with the minimum resources, still cooking dishes with the highest quality.
We also offer a windscreen for giant paella pans, suitable for both versions, which will allow us to cook outdoors in a more comfortable way, since it will protect the flame of our paella pan from the wind and perform a stove effect, increasing heat efficiency and thus reducing gas consumption. Thanks to this modular accessory, we will be able to maintain optimal combustion and a suitable temperature for cooking our paella.
