Giant Paella at Cevisama
OUR GIANT PAELLAS AT THE MOST IMPORTANT CERAMICS EVENT
During the days of February 24, 25, 26, and 27, we were present at Cevisama, the most relevant international fair in the ceramics industry. More than 3,000 attendees, including renowned architects, interior designers, promoters, entrepreneurs, and some curious visitors, were able to enjoy our delicious portions of paella throughout the four days of the event.
What is Cevisama?
Cevisama is an international fair held annually in Valencia, Spain, and has become one of the most important events in the world in the ceramics, coatings, and interior design sectors. Since its first edition in 1983, Cevisama has been a key meeting point for manufacturers, distributors, architects, designers, and construction professionals interested in the latest trends and advances in ceramic materials, sanitary products, and bathroom products.
At this 41st edition of Cevisama, the "Made in Europe" proposal was enthusiastically received by attendees. In addition, a new initiative called "Hotel Cevisama" was introduced, as well as an innovative project of modular ceramic pieces and a system for teaching bath routines to blind children. Undoubtedly, this edition stood out for its innovative character and saw the participation of estimated buyers from more than 150 countries.
The awards for young design talents were also presented. This competition was supported by the Fundació del Disseny de la Comunitat Valenciana, the Association of Designers of the Comunitat Valenciana (ADCV), the College of Interior Designers of the Valencian Community (CDICV), and the Territorial College of Architects of Valencia (CTAV).
AND WHERE DO WE COME IN?
Well, in what we do best, in the giant paellas at events! Throughout the fair, our department of giant paellas for events surprised attendees with a selection of special paellas and rice dishes. Each day, we offered a different dish that allowed attendees to enjoy a variety of unique flavors. Here's what was served each day:
Monday: Traditional Valencian Paella
On Monday, we started with our traditional paella, a classic that never fails. This dish is always well received and, without a doubt, marked the perfect start to the week. The taste and essence of classic paella captivated everyone from the very first moment.
Tuesday: Baked Rice
On Tuesday, we switched things up with baked rice, a dish that has been gaining popularity. With its robust flavor and special preparation, it was an option that surprised and delighted everyone present.
Wednesday: Arròs del Senyoret
Wednesday was the turn of arroç al senyoret, a seafood rice dish that never fails to captivate. Attendees were able to enjoy a dish full of freshness and flavor, perfect for those who appreciate the more delicate rice dishes.
Thursday: Traditional Valencian Paella
To finish off in style, on Thursday we repeated our Valencian paella, the star dish of the fair. This is the most iconic rice dish of the Valencian Community, and there is no better way to end the event than with its unmistakable flavor.
In this way, we said goodbye just as we arrived: with a smile and the satisfaction of having accomplished our goal: making everyone enjoy the delicious taste of a good paella. We hope to participate again in future editions with our giant paellas for events and reconnect with all of you.
