This picture is from the cycling tour, where we made giant Valencian paellas, giant seafood paellas and giant vegan paellas so that all the cyclists could get their strength back after the race.

Cycling really works up an appetite, and recovery takes plenty of nutrients and protein. Where better to find people who fit that description than at a cycling race?

After hundreds of kilometres of non-stop riding, with tired muscles, the giant paella we served to all the cyclists was just what they needed to get back on their feet, ready even to repeat their incredible feat.

The next picture comes from the much-loved World Paella Day. Every 20 September we celebrate International Paella Day, and we're always happy to sponsor such a special day.

Chefs from all over the world join us to compete and find out which of them is the best rice chef, winning not only recognition but also a beautiful trophy as a token of their knowledge and paella mastery.

Of all the pictures, this is without doubt the fastest one, taken when we were hired as caterers for the Formula E electric car world championship.

While the drivers thrilled us with their races, all the guests in the VIP area enjoyed giant Valencian paellas, giant vegetable paellas and fideuà.

Everyone in Spain loves the Fallas festival, and at the motomascletà we enjoyed the most biker-friendly mascletà we've ever had the pleasure of taking part in.

At this event we served giant Valencian paellas to hundreds of bikers, who treated us to a noisy but delightful mix of love for motorbikes and Valencian tradition.

As the saying goes, "every little helps", and we couldn't agree more, which is why we love taking part in charity events like this giant paella in Valladolid for the Ca La Mare association.

Not only did we cook a giant paella for more than 3,000 people, we also made it into the Guinness World Records with the world's largest nappy cake.

Tourism matters in every country: it not only attracts people from abroad to visit somewhere new, it also promotes culture in all its forms, for visitors to learn about and enjoy.

That's why we loved the idea of bringing the original taste of paella to the Mostra de Turisme at the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències: 4,500 portions for participants and visitors alike. Locals and tourists, everyone got to taste a giant Valencian paella.

Our teams put up the marquees and set out the equipment; once everything is ready, we start cooking the paellas so they're done when the hungry guests come for their portion of freshly made paella.

When it's all over and everyone has enjoyed the event, we pack up all the equipment and leave proud of a job well done, with happy guests and everything spotless, as if we'd never been there, but having left our mark on the minds and stomachs of everyone who enjoyed an original paella made fresh on the spot.
