KIT 28/30 MBAR BUTANE GAS

Connection set for Propane / Butane Gas 28 mbar, contains a 28/30 mbar propane gas regulator and a flexible gas tube with 2 clamps for its ends.

Propane gas confers more power than butane gas, so it is indicated for high-performance professional equipment such as paella pans or professional burners.

This gas regulator is not approved for use in caravans.

To make the connection to the butane cylinder, you only have to:

    1. Check that the upper opening/closing lever is in the correct position (opposite direction of the valve).

    2. Lift the lower black ring with both hands and place it on the cylinder valve.

    3. Press the ring against the valve until you hear the sound of its connection, this implies that the ring has been placed securely.

    4. We move the upper lever towards the valve, thus opening the gas passage.

Its disconnection is simple, we simply have to close the upper lever (move it to the opposite of the valve) and lift the black ring to separate it from the cylinder.

The supply hoses that conduct the gas from the cylinders must always be in perfect condition, because the leak of this fuel can cause explosions or poisoning.

To avoid these possible accidents, the expiration date of the rubber bands, which is printed on them, must be taken into account, changing them once they have expired. It must be taken into account that, if by direct observation of this it is observed that they present deformations or are worn, either by cuts or possible fur, they must also be changed.

You are warned not to join two or more rubber bands, remember that if you need more than 1.5 meters between the butane gas bottle and its burner, you will need an approved installation.

Why buy the 28/30 MBAR propane butane gas kit?

The 28/30 MBAR propane butane gas kit contains all the necessary accessories so you can connect your butane cylinders to your burner in the easiest way at the most affordable price.

It contains a 28/30 MBAR butane gas regulator and a flexible gas tube with 2 clamps, perfect for a safe connection to your equipment.

How to light a professional burner

In this section you will be able to find a demonstation of how to light a profesional burner. First, we need to open the gas and light up the first interior ring, so as to avoid burning ourselves when we light the exterior ring, with only need to get our igniter or lighter close and it will light itself up. We repeat this action with the outer ring. From here, we can regulate the gas output with the wheels, a half circle for the mininum, and another half circle fot the maximum. To turn of the burner, we only need to turn the wheel to the other side until the fire of the rings die out on their own.

You can find in this video a demonstration of how to turn on and off the burner, if you want to learn more about how to light up your professional burner you can visit our blog.

Types of paelleros o burners - Profesional burner

Observing the diferent kind of paelleros and burners, the profesional burners are notable because they posses bigger chambers, with the exit holes of the gas being in a 45 degree angle, which makes it harder to block. They also posee thermocouple valvs, which avoids gas leaks given that, if they become cold due to a leak, they will automatically stop themselves and avoid the leak.

In the following video we show you the different types of burners and paelleros and their differences, if you want to obtain more information about the different types of paelleros or burners you can visit our blog.
