Professional TT700 paella burner for indoor use

The professional TT700 paella burner is a large-format gas burner designed to provide powerful, safe and even cooking. This type of professional indoor paella burner is used as a heat diffuser, allowing heat to be distributed evenly under the paella pan, frying pan, griddle or any other cooking vessel.

Thanks to its thermocouple safety valve system on each ring, the burner automatically cuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out accidentally. This feature prevents possible gas build-up and allows the professional TT700 burner to be approved for use both indoors and outdoors.

The flame produced by this burner is easy to control, clean and safe, allowing paellas and other dishes to be cooked with greater precision. Don’t forget: you can use your professional gas burner to cook much more than paella.

The professional TT700 paella burner stands out for its robust construction and for providing a constant, well-distributed flame. Its ignition holes are positioned to promote stable combustion, helping to maintain even cooking throughout the entire process.

This model includes a tripod, providing a firm structure suitable for working with larger burners. It can also be configured with a reinforced tripod as a combinable product option, a recommended alternative for those looking for greater stability, height and comfort while cooking.

This paella burner can be prepared to operate with butane gas, propane gas or natural gas. When placing your order, please remember to indicate the type of gas you prefer for its operation and the destination country in the comments section of your cart. Otherwise, the order will be shipped with the butane/propane gas burner adapted to the destination country of the order.

The professional paella burners have CE marking and are designed to offer safety, power and reliability in professional kitchens, restaurants, catering services, events or for users looking for a higher-performance burner.

For more comfortable and safer use, you can use our sets of legs and supports for paella burners.

FEATURES:

Atmospheric gas burner with integrated support for heating vessels or griddles containing liquids or food. It is designed to ensure the stability of the appliance and to serve as a support for cooking vessels such as paella pans, griddles, frying pans or roasting pans.

OPERATION:

Each burner ring receives the gas and air mixture through its corresponding duct, connected to a valve fitted with a control knob. The gas supply, whether from a cylinder or a fixed installation, must be connected using the appropriate nozzle for each country and gas type.

USE:

The burner is lit manually by bringing a flame close to the gas outlet holes. Always select the appliance that correctly matches the size of the vessel you are going to use and prevent the flame from reaching the valve area.

First, we open the gas and light the interior ring so as to avoid burning ourselves when we light the second ring, just close your burner or igniter over the ring and it will light itself. We repeat the same action with the outer ring. From here, we can regulate the gas with the wheels, a half turn for the minium and a second one for the maximum output. To turn off the burner, you only need to turn the wheel in the other direction until the burner shuts off himself.
