Universal Windshield

The universal windshield is an easy-to-install element that provides protection in adverse weather conditions to prevent the flame of our paella burner from going out when cooking outside, helping us to provide uninterrupted cooking of the rice, in turn, when closed completely, an oven effect is created, which increases the efficiency of the heat produced by our paellero and thereby reduces gas consumption.

They are modular and are made up of 2-4 sheets (depending on the size of the pan) that are attached to the pan, bending slightly, hanging directly from it.

They are made of galvanized steel, each sheet has dimensions of 16x68 cm

It is advisable that the size of the paella pan is between 10 and 20 cm larger than that of the burner paellero, especially if the flame is lateral.

For use on worktops, it is necessary to use short adjustable legs to raise the height of the burner.
