Team building Emebe

Last Friday, June 19, 2026, we held a team building event for the company Emebe, a company dedicated to manufacturing machinery in Valencia, which contacted us to organize a team building activity.

Team building at Original Paella

At Original Paella, we organize different types of events, such as giant paellas, professional hospitality courses and paella rentals. In this case, it was a team building activity, a group activity aimed at strengthening unity, communication and teamwork.

In our company, we promote these values through gastronomic team building experiences, where paella becomes the meeting point for the participants.

By preparing a paella, the teams share a participatory, friendly and different activity that encourages collaboration, organization and companionship in a relaxed atmosphere.

Emebe team building

In this particular team building event, 6 groups of 10 people took part. Each team had all the materials needed to prepare a paella, as well as all the ingredients provided by us. In addition, the participants had a snack to enjoy while they were cooking.

A friendly competition was held between the different teams. The team that prepared the best paella, in this case a Valencian paella, was the winner.

Depending on the event, the winning team can receive a special gift or simply be recognized for their work. We offer the option of including a gift for the winning team, although some companies prefer to prepare something personalized on their own. This was the case with Emebe, which chose to personalize some trophies for the occasion. Therefore, this recognition is optional and can be adapted to the needs of each company.
