The straight aluminium pot with lid is the perfect product for making stews, casseroles and popular dishes such as arrós de fesols i naps. It is a perfect container for the hotel industry, restaurants and even catering events, as it allows you to provide a large number of portions with just one pot.
Its heat-resistant handles make it easy to transport and handle the pot even during use, since, by not letting heat through its handles, we can hold them without the need for gloves or other utensils.
The giant pot is also suitable for all types of cookers, be it gas, electric, ceramic/induction cookers and even wood-burning cookers.

How do I use the giant aluminum pot for a wood fire?
Traditionally, when giant pots are used over wood, a "clay paint" is usually applied to the bottom to prevent the fire and the remains of charcoal/soot from turning the bottom of the pot black.
To do this, we simply have to make a liquid clay dough (mixing clay and water until it becomes a thin/liquid paste) or using dishwashing liquid and powder paste. We will apply this liquid layer with a brush or with our hands on the bottom of the pot, approximately a quarter of its surface.
This layer of clay will prevent it from turning black and can be easily removed once we have finished using it by rinsing it with water.
