Nola - Paella burner for boats

Nola, the new paella cooker for boats, is a revolutionary invention, brought to life by three Spaniards with two passions: rice and the sea. Determined to combine both passions, no matter how incompatible they might seem at first glance, they joined their minds and ended up bringing us all this tool for making paellas at sea.

The Nola paella cooker comes with its own built-in burner, designed to be hung, making it function as a suspension kitchen, allowing us to cook paellas, meats, vegetables, or fish on the deck of our boat without worrying about the rocking caused by waves or the boat’s movement from the sway of the sea when left floating. Nola works like a pendulum, which absorbs and compensates for this motion, providing us a stable point to cook as we wish.

Nola only needs two things to function:

- A place to hang it, such as the bimini, the boom, or the davits. If on land, we can use a tree branch or a canopy to keep our burner elevated from the ground.

- A free space where NOLA can swing without hitting objects or walls. This is because NOLA functions like a pendulum, so it works best when nothing obstructs its movement.

If it’s necessary to stop the inertia of Nola’s movement, whether to add ingredients or for any other reason, we can always halt its swing by holding its chains from the highest point near the anchor.
