INGREDIENTS:

4 Chicken thighs
500g of pumpkin
150g of dried porcini mushrooms
450g of grated tomato
800 gr Albufera variety rice
4 cloves of garlic
2 red onions
1/2 Pimiento rojo
1 Glass of red vermouth
1/2 Glass of orange juice
240g EVOO
4L Dark Roast Chicken Stock
Salt
Thyme
Laurel
Paprika

1.- We mark the tuna

1. Sauté the pumpkin and set aside

We begin this recipe by adding the oil to the paella pan. Once hot, add the pumpkin and sauté it. Once sautéed, remove it and set it aside for later.
