Features of the 120 cm professional paella gas burner

120 cm gas burner for giant paellas and large events.

Power: 97.1 kW / 83,627 kcal/h, making it one of the most powerful paella gas burners on the market.

It is designed for paella pans from 130 cm, with an approximate capacity of 200 servings, up to 200 cm, with a maximum approximate capacity of 1,800 servings.

It has three independent power controls that allow the different burner zones to be regulated separately.

It is fitted with a safety valve and is approved for use both indoors and outdoors.

It operates with propane gas at 50 mbar, using portable gas cylinders, or with natural gas at 20 mbar. Please specify the destination country and required gas type when placing your order.

It features an exclusive fast and direct combustion system. Its double stabilising and compensating chamber optimises the gas and air mixture, providing powerful, stable and even combustion.

It is CE approved and certified in accordance with Directive 90/396/EEC and standards UNE EN 203-1:2006+A1:2008 and UNE EN 203-2-1:2006.

Recommended paella pan diameters for the 120 cm burner

With 2 rings lit: paella pans from 115 to 130 cm and vessels with a maximum capacity of 500 litres.
With 3 rings lit: paella pans from 130 to 160 cm and vessels with a maximum capacity of 900 litres.
With all rings lit: paella pans from 160 to 200 cm and vessels with a maximum capacity of 1,500 litres.
