Features of the 90 cm professional paella gas burner
90 cm paella gas burner for giant paellas and large events.
Power: 60 kW / 51,760 kcal/h.
It has two independent power controls for the outer ring and the inner ring.
Designed for paella pans from 130 cm, with an approximate capacity of 200 servings, up to 150 cm, with an approximate capacity of 300 to 400 servings.
It is equipped with a safety valve and is approved for both indoor and outdoor use.
It operates with propane gas at 50 mbar or natural gas at 20 mbar. Please specify the destination country and required gas type when placing your order.
It features an exclusive fast and direct combustion system, designed to provide powerful, stable and efficient performance.
CE approved and certified in accordance with Directive 90/396/EEC and standards UNE EN 203-1:2006+A1:2008 and UNE EN 203-2-1:2006.
Recommended paella pan diameters for the 90 cm burner
- With 2 rings lit: paella pans from 115 to 130 cm and containers with a capacity of up to 500 litres.
- With 3 rings lit: paella pans from 130 to 160 cm and containers with a capacity of up to 900 litres.
