The best system of paella grill or paella gas burner ring is perfect for cooking paella.

Professional gas burners are used like fire diffusers, so that the fire can be regulated under the paella pan, frying pan or any cooking pan.

The heat is easy to control and makes cooking safe and clean. Don't forget: you can use your ring for cooking things other than Paella, like BBQ with our griddles.

Approved for outdoor and indooor use. It has a Flame Failure cut-off device (thermocouple safety valve) which is required for cooking on enclosed or semi-enclosed environments.

It has four concentric rings of flame, and three knobs that independently control each ring (2 inners, middle and Outer ring), so you can adjust the heat where and when it is needed. Outer ring is 90 cm (36 inches), middle ring is 70 cm (28 inches) and inners rings are 30 cm (12 inches) and 50 cm (20 inches). You can use inners rings (30 and 50 cm) or the middle ring(70 cm)  by themself or 4 rings lit

Its enamelled layer allows you to clean it easily. For more information on care and cleaning please see the "Care Instruction" tab.

Included with the gas burner, we provide a section of butano gas hose with double connection, that allows connecting two gas bottles at the same time. To use the four rings simultaneously with optimal performance, we suggest connecting two butano gas bottles so you can keep an steady suminister of gas while cooking.

How to light a professional burner

In this section you will be able to find a demonstation of how to light a profesional burner. First, we need to open the gas and light up the first interior ring, so as to avoid burning ourselves when we light the exterior ring, with only need to get our igniter or lighter close and it will light itself up. We repeat this action with the outer ring. From here, we can regulate the gas output with the wheels, a half circle for the mininum, and another half circle fot the maximum. To turn of the burner, we only need to turn the wheel to the other side until the fire of the rings die out on their own.

You can find in this video a demonstration of how to turn on and off the burner, if you want to learn more about how to light up your professional burner you can visit our blog.

Types of paelleros o burners - Profesional burner

Observing the diferent kind of paelleros and burners, the profesional burners are notable because they posses bigger chambers, with the exit holes of the gas being in a 45 degree angle, which makes it harder to block. They also posee thermocouple valvs, which avoids gas leaks given that, if they become cold due to a leak, they will automatically stop themselves and avoid the leak.

In the following video we show you the different types of burners and paelleros and their differences, if you want to obtain more information about the different types of paelleros or burners you can visit our blog.
