Thermocouple safety system
The professional gas paella burner is designed to distribute the flame evenly beneath a paella pan, frying pan, griddle or any other cooking vessel.
The heat is easy to control, allowing you to cook safely and cleanly. The burner can also be used to prepare dishes other than paella, including barbecued food with our cast iron griddles.
The professional paella burners are approved for indoor and outdoor use. They include a flame failure safety device with thermocouple, making them suitable for use in enclosed or semi-enclosed spaces.
It has four concentric flame rings and three control knobs that allow the rings to be operated independently, so the heat can be adjusted in the required area. The outer ring measures 90 cm, the middle ring 70 cm and the two inner rings measure 50 and 30 cm.
The inner rings, middle ring or all four rings can be used independently or simultaneously, ensuring that heat is distributed evenly across the base of the paella pan.
Its vitrified enamel coating makes it easy to clean. For further information about care and cleaning, please consult our care instructions.
The double gas connection is included with orders delivered within mainland Spain, as it is designed for Spanish gas cylinder connections. Orders delivered outside mainland Spain will not include the double connection when it is not compatible with the gas connections used in the destination country.

Burner design and operation
This atmospheric gas burner has an integrated support and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It is designed to heat cooking vessels or griddles containing liquids or food.
It is equipped with four concentric circular burners connected by three fixed legs. These legs support the unit, ensure its stability and provide a base for cooking vessels such as paella pans, griddles, frying pans and roasting plates.
Operation:
The gas and air mixture reaches each burner ring through a circular-section tube connected to its corresponding valve and control knob.
The gas supply, whether from a portable cylinder or a fixed installation, must be connected to the valves using a connector specifically adapted to the destination country. The burner is supplied with the appropriate connection and prepared for the type of gas requested by the customer.
Use:
The burner rings are lit manually by bringing a flame close to the gas outlet holes located around the edge of each ring. Select a burner suitable for the size of the cooking vessel and prevent the flame from reaching the valve area.

How to light a professional burner
In this section you will be able to find a demonstation of how to light a profesional burner. First, we need to open the gas and light up the first interior ring, so as to avoid burning ourselves when we light the exterior ring, with only need to get our igniter or lighter close and it will light itself up. We repeat this action with the outer ring. From here, we can regulate the gas output with the wheels, a half circle for the mininum, and another half circle fot the maximum. To turn of the burner, we only need to turn the wheel to the other side until the fire of the rings die out on their own.
You can find in this video a demonstration of how to turn on and off the burner, if you want to learn more about how to light up your professional burner you can visit our blog.
Types of paelleros o burners - Profesional burner
Observing the diferent kind of paelleros and burners, the profesional burners are notable because they posses bigger chambers, with the exit holes of the gas being in a 45 degree angle, which makes it harder to block. They also posee thermocouple valvs, which avoids gas leaks given that, if they become cold due to a leak, they will automatically stop themselves and avoid the leak.
In the following video we show you the different types of burners and paelleros and their differences, if you want to obtain more information about the different types of paelleros or burners you can visit our blog.
