T-700 flat tube gas burner

Gas paella burners, also known as gas rings or paella burners, are used as fire diffusers, allowing heat to be distributed evenly under the paella pan, frying pan, griddle or any suitable cooking vessel.

The heat produced by this burner is easy to control and allows comfortable, safe and clean outdoor cooking. Remember: you can use your gas burner not only to prepare paellas, but also to cook other rice dishes, fideuàs, stews or recipes in compatible cookware.

This T-700 model belongs to the range of flat tube paella burners. Unlike traditional round tube burners, its tubes are flatter and wider, allowing the flame to come out sideways and distribute better across the base of the paella pan.

Thanks to its Optim system, with zigzag side outlet, this burner offers a more powerful, stable and uniform flame, achieving better heat distribution and greater control during cooking.

The T-700 gas burner has 3 rings, an outer diameter of 70 cm and is designed to work with large paella pans, making it suitable for paella pans from approximately 40 to 115 cm, depending on the ring used and the type of cooking.

Its enamelled steel coating makes cleaning easier after each use and helps protect the burner against rust and wear. It is also approved for outdoor use and has CE marking.

This paella burner is suitable for butane, propane or natural gas. When placing your order, please remember to indicate the type of gas you prefer for its operation and the destination country in the comments section of the cart.

FEATURES:

Atmospheric gas burner with integrated support for outdoor use. The appliance is intended to heat cooking vessels such as paella pans, frying pans, griddles or casseroles containing liquids or food.

This model has 3 concentric circular burners, made of enamelled steel, with a flat tube design to improve flame output and promote a more even heat distribution under the paella pan.

The T-700 burner is a large-format professional option within the flat tube range, ideal for users who need a powerful, wide and resistant paella burner for cooking large paellas or high-capacity outdoor dishes.

OPERATION:

The gas and air mixture reaches the burner through its corresponding connection, generating a stable flame that can be adjusted using its control knobs.

The flat tube design allows the gas outlet holes to direct the flame outwards, helping to distribute heat more efficiently across the base of the paella pan.

With its 3 independent rings, the burner allows the flame intensity to be adapted according to the size of the paella pan and the cooking stage, making it possible to work with a more concentrated, intermediate flame or with the entire available heat surface.

The gas supply must be connected through a suitable installation prepared for the requested type of gas. If using a gas cylinder, it must be connected with a regulator, approved flexible hose and suitable clamps.

USE:

The burner is lit manually by bringing a flame close to the gas outlet holes located on the rings. It is recommended to open the gas progressively and check that the flame lights correctly before placing the cooking vessel on top.

A burner suitable for the size of the paella pan or cooking vessel must always be selected, preventing the flame from reaching the valves or control knobs.

The T-700 paella gas burner is recommended for paella pans from approximately 40 to 115 cm, making it a very versatile option for cooking everything from medium-sized paellas to large paellas with even heat distribution.

GAS AND APPROVAL:

This burner is designed to work with butane, propane or natural gas. When placing your order, please indicate the required gas type and destination country so the burner can be correctly prepared according to your needs.

Flat tube gas paella burners are approved for outdoor use. They must not be used in enclosed spaces or areas without sufficient ventilation.

The appliance has CE certification in accordance with the applicable regulations for gas appliances.

MAINTENANCE:

After each use, it is recommended to let the burner cool down completely before cleaning it. Its enamelled steel finish allows easy cleaning and helps prevent steel oxidation.

For more comfortable and safer use, this burner can be used together with accessories such as compatible leg sets, supports or regulators, always following the manufacturer’s installation and safety instructions.
