INGREDIENTS FOR THE BROTH:

Half a bag of vegetables for broth (chopped)
5 garlic cloves
3 tomatoes
2 bay leaves
Black pepper (to taste)
2 L of homemade fumet
Water
Extra virgin olive oil and salt
Mustard, honey and soy

INGREDIENTS FOR THE RICE:

800g of Iberian ribs. (Can be made without being Iberian)
Dried mushroom mix
2 tomatoes
200 ml of Pedro Ximenez
550 gr Albufera variety from TARTANA
Saffron infusion
2.2 L of rib broth

STEP BY STEP

1.- Fry the noodles

This recipe can't be prepared without top-quality broth. Chop the vegetables and sauté 5 garlic cloves. When the vegetables are golden brown, add them. Next, remove the skin from the ribs, divide them in half, and place them in the pot. Fill with water and add the bay leaf, black pepper, and the 3 tomatoes. Cover and bring to a boil.
