HOW TO LIGHT A PROFESSIONAL FLAT TUBE COOKER?

In this article we will show you how to light the professional flat tube burner.

First of all, we must look at the thermocouple valves, in case of a possible leak, these valves will prevent the leak directly when noticing that they have cooled down. With that said, we'll start by lighting the small inner ring, we do this to avoid accidentally burning ourselves when lighting the outer ring. A trick that we use when we turn on the gas to know which wheel opens which rim is to follow the metal line that leads from the wheel to the rim, from this we can visually know which wheel opens the gas for each circle, even so, the sticker of the gas control indicates includes this information.

To be able to open the gas, we must keep the red button next to its wheel pressed, to allow the thermocouple valves not to automatically stop the gas outlet. We turn the gas wheel keeping the red button of the inner ring pressed and we turn it on, for done we only need to bring the lighter closer, so it will turn on by itself, after done, we continue keeping the red button held for about 8-10 seconds to make sure that the thermocouple valves have warmed up and will not cut off the gas abruptly. We carry out this same order with the outer ring and our paellero will be on.

In order to control the power of our flames, we just have to move the flame control with the wheels, half a turn is minimum, and another half turn will give us maximum power. To turn off the burner, we just have to return the wheels to their original position.

We hope that the information in this article has been helpful to you, rice farmers.
