Original Paella - Paella hangers and paella pan holders - how to store your paellas
When something is not in use, it should be put away, it is something logical, we are not going to have all our kitchen utensils scattered around the kitchen or even all over the house, but this does not mean that we always have to keep them in drawers or cupboards, after all, who does not like to show off their paella on the wall?
If there's one thing we paella lovers know, it's that being able to place our paella pan in full view of everyone who steps foot in our house is something we always want, whether it's proudly displayed in the kitchen or stored in a pantry or storeroom, a hung paella looks better than on the floor or stored in a cupboard.
In this blog post we help you find that perfect way to store your paella pan and how to do it in style and comfort.
What is the best way to store our paellas?
As a general rule, when our paellas are clean and dry, it is preferable to store them in a dry and closed place. If we do not have a place to hang our paellas, we can always wrap them in a plastic bag or paper and store them in a cupboard or drawer, in this way, the wrapping helps to prevent any moisture from affecting the surface of the paella.
This applies to all paella pans, even if the effects of moisture are less adverse or significant, such as enamelled paella pans and stainless steel paella pans, but is of particular interest to polished paella pans, which, as we indicated in our maintenance entry, should be given a coat of protective oil once clean and dry, to protect them from rusting.
Of course, if we want to show off our paellas with pride and love, we can always place them on a wall support, this will allow us to store our paellas in a visually pleasing way, while they can be easily retrieved to make a paella for our guests at any time.
Even so, we emphasize that these supports should be in dry and closed places, such as our kitchen, pantry or somewhere in the house where we want to display our paella, but never outdoors, as the fluctuation of weather and humidity can wreak havoc on our paella.
To display or hang your paella comfortably, we recommend the following paella hangers and wall hooks:

Are there new supports for paella pans?
Jordi Tondo, tired of not having enough space in his kitchen with his paellas, came up with a new adjustable paella stand, which can be pushed against the wall to take up less space and open to choose the paella we want to use.
The product is currently in early production, putting multiple models to the test, and will soon be available in shops, one of the first being Original Paella of course.
