Paella pan induction has a special flat bottom to cook with vitroceramic, induction and electric hobs. Induction Paella Pan can also be used with gas. The base is thicker than traditional paella pan to keep the paella hot and avoid warping.

Paella pans depending on the height of the rice have a different capacity. The Valencian-style paella is characterized by having a thin layer of rice, but we can take advantage of the height of the paella to cook a larger number of servings.
This 46 cm stainless steel induction paella pan is suitable for serving:
- 4-5 peope at Valencian style or thin layer
- 6-10 people at half-capacity
- 11-12 people at full capacity.
