Smooth Aluminium Lids

Although the paella cooking doesn’t require a lid, it is useful to cover the paella while resting after cooked or if the rice isn't cooking evenly (due to an uneven heat source), a lid can help trap the steam and spread the heat and prevents splashing while the ingredients are being fried.

Several sizes. If you don't see a lid that's the exact same size as your paella pan, choose one that's a bit larger.
