Giant paellas and fideuas at Fira Valencia

OUR PAELLAS AND FIDEUÁS AT FIRA VALENCIA

On the 20th and 21st we were cooking at Fira Valencia for an important congress. At this event, we had the pleasure of preparing our giant paellas and giant fideuás for over 400 people on each of the two days. On the first day, we served our always classic and original traditional Valencian paella. Using 100% gluten-free ingredients, we ensured that every guest could enjoy our paellas without having to worry about their health in case they were celiac.

Also, for those less enthusiastic about meat, we prepared a delicious vegetable paella, which was repeated on both days so that guests could have an alternative suited to their tastes and needs. From the early hours, we had the burners at full blast, preparing our delicious paellas outdoors so that the most curious could come closer and enjoy the aroma of a paella being cooked. Once ready, the waiters quickly served all the dishes to the guests, and everyone was able to enjoy a delicious portion of paella.

AND THE NEXT DAY... FIDEUÁ!

The next day, we repeated the process, but this time we cooked two giant fideuás and once again prepared the vegetable paella. Our chefs Juan and Iván had a great time cooking these fideuás while people gathered around to see how their food was turning out.

After serving, while people were enjoying their fideuá, we packed everything up to leave the place just as it was before we arrived. And just like that, in the blink of an eye, we were gone—eager to participate in this event again next year.
