Easy recipe of backed rice

INGREDIENTS:

250 gr Pork ribs
1 tomato
1 bulb of garlic
400 gr rice
Meat broth
1 Potato
50 gr chickpea
1 blood sausage
8 tablespoonful oil
1 little tablespoonful paprika and Salt

Step-by-step recipe

Fry the pork ribs until golden brown on both sides and set aside for later.

Add the olive oil and when it is hot, fry the potatoes. When they are golden brown, take them out and put them to one side to add them later.

In the same olive oil in which we fried the ribs and the potatoes, add the bomba rice and the sweet paprika and fry it.

Now add the natural tomato, either grated or crushed, and fry it together with the bomba rice for a few minutes until the frying is complete.

Mix the rice, the hot stock and the chickpeas in the earthenware dish, add 1.5 parts of stock for each part of bomba rice, season with salt, the quantity will be to the taste of the diners and stir to mix. Place in a pre-heated oven at 220ºC/400ºF. Once the broth comes to the boil, it should cook in the oven for 20 minutes. Do not stir it.

After cooking, the casserole should be dry and the rice should be cooked, leave to stand for about 5 minutes and it is ready to eat.
