HOW TO MAKE YOUR FIDEUA
We leave you this video on how to prepare the carabineri and monkfish fideua recipe, but you can also see the step-by-step recipe just below this section.
STEP BY STEP
FRY THE LACE
First of all, we add oil to the paella pan and heat it over medium-low heat. When it is hot, we add the lace and fry it.
Next, add the salmorreta on top of the lace. If you are not sure how to prepare it, you can follow our salmorreta recipe so that you have a fideua that will leave you without time to lick your fingers.
SALMORRETA AND FIDEUA NOODLE
After adding the salmorreta, spread it and stir it with the tip so that it cooks.
With our lace and salmorreta ready, add the fideua noodles and sauté for a couple of minutes. We use the thin fideua noodle, but you can also make it with the thick noodle if you prefer.
ADD THE FUMET AND DECORATE
When the noodle is ready, add the fumet and decorate your fideua with the monkfish and the carabineri. Now all you have to do is let it cook for 12 minutes.
Following all these steps, you now have a carabineri and monkfish fideua on your table to the delight of your diners and your palate.
*We know that carabineri and monkfish are high quality products, in this recipe, to make sure they are ready, when you have finished the fideua, you can cover it with a lid for 2 minutes. The heat of the steam will finish leaving both ingredients ready, ready to enjoy them with maximum flavor.
We hope you enjoy this fideua with friends and family, paella lovers!
