The deep clay pot is made with top quality refractory clay. These pans are used for cooking on all kinds of direct heat to make delicious stews and excellent stews.
Its elaboration is 100% handmade, using top quality raw materials and lead-free enamels. The firing of all the pieces is carried out at very high temperatures (+1000ºC), in a closed oven and with a firing time of 12 hours and 24 hours of cooling, to grant the highest safety and quality.
They can be used in wood ovens, electric ovens, fires, barbecues, ceramic hobs, gas stoves, microwaves and induction (diffuser is necessary). It is recommended that they be cooked over low heat, otherwise they may break in half.
